Return Policy
As the return process is complicated and trouble some, it is our policy to check the order numerous times and send send pre-shipping photos before shipping them to customers upon request. We guarantee the quality of our goods and this is done to reduce the percentage of returns.
You may return or exchange only new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We support exchange if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For also offer repairs, such as hardware replacement for any bags you purchase from us.
Please be advised some items are subject to 25% restocking fee for returns. Items you wish to return must be in unworn, unused condition same as received with original accessories otherwise item will be ineligible for an exchange.
Undergarments, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, and lingerie are ineligible for returns/exchange for obvious hygiene reasons. To be sure of size prior to order you can seek advisement with customer service for best size to order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy
We ship to the shipping address that a customer has provided, we highly encourage customer to check the order address, email address, and mobile number before finalizing the order this is vital in ensuring you receive the order in a timely manner after it has been shipped. In a situation where the customer has not provided a full shipping address or postal code is wrong this can delay the shipping carrier from delivering the order in a timely manner.
Order Cancellation
Generally on the second day after an order is submitted we begin processing the order, giving a 24 hour window of time for cancellation or changes to be made. Custom handmade order such as Hermes are ineligible for cancellation or returns. We do reserve the right to cancel and refuse customer orders at our descrestion in a situation where we've decided to cancel the customer order the amount will be fully refunded to customers original method of payment.
Chargeback Fraud
We do take our business very seriously, and highly discourage against chargeback fraud or friendly fraud and will prosecute to the fullest extent and ban customers for committing fraud. This can result in closure of your bank account or credit card, and charges being filed against you by your bank or credit card issuer. If you have any issue you need to resolve with an order we highly encourage you to contact us directly first regarding an issue with the order giving us and opportunity to make it right.
