Shipping & Request Process
Requests are handled personally, in order, by a small team. Here is what to expect.
After you submit
You receive a confirmation with a request number. Nothing is charged. We review availability for every piece in your bag and reply, usually within one to two business days.
Confirming details
We confirm final pricing, options, timing and shipping with you directly before anything is arranged. If something is unavailable, we will say so and suggest alternatives only if you want them.
Shipping
Shipping is quoted per request based on destination and the pieces involved. Tracking is shared as soon as it is available.
Changes and cancellations
A request can be changed or cancelled at any point before it is confirmed with you.
