How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in about two and a half weeks. Once payment is received, your concierge specialist films and sends you a video of your exact items within seven days, tracking follows about three to four days later, and international transit with FedEx or UPS typically takes seven to ten days. Custom pieces, holiday periods and severe weather can add time.
Can I change or cancel my request?
Changes are welcome before your order is confirmed and paid. After that, changes, cancellations, refunds and credits are not guaranteed. An exchange before shipment may be possible at our discretion, subject to supplier approval and availability.
